Christmas 2008

Christmas was lots of fun this year. Tyler and Garrett were so excited! It was fun to watch the awe and merriment of the season in their faces. At first, Tyler would say we celebrate Christmas because Santa would bring us presents. He finally started saying the reason we celebrate Christmas is because of Jesus' birthday. The boys were very spoiled this year. Santa brought Garrett a motorized Jeep car. He brought Tyler a V-Motion video game with game cartridges. Both boys received the much anticipated transformers! Tyler had been asking for transformers since October. Both boys received clothes, pj's, contruction trucks and tractors, books, games, and Christmas ornaments. Grandma Kathy made each of the boys their own Cars apron so they can stay clean while helping mom bake cookies. Justin and I were very blessed this year too. We both received nice presents. Tyler bought his dad a bathrobe for Christmas which was a big surprise to Justin. He loves it though, because his little boy picked it out just for him. We spent a nice relaxing day with family and friends. We opened presents on Christmas morning, played, hung out and relaxed, then we went sledding for a little bit. That was fun. Our thoughts were with our family and friends we were not able to see. We hope everyone had a blessed Christmas this year. We wish you a Happy New Year!
